Moneybase was born out of the vision to make finance easier and redefine the way people grow and manage their money.

Tired of overcomplicated finance management apps, full of jargon and un-friendly interfaces, they set out to simplify the experience, using community feedback and data to build a new generation fintech platform.

We helped them build a strategy and brand stemming from their core belief: Managing finances should be easy and straightforward for everyone.

Power of 3

The Moneybase cards are based on a simple grid system that allowed us to clearly define the different tiers and also tie everything together by using the same grid system in the packaging and advertising design.

 

Simple and honest design

Moneybase represents a fresh approach to digital finance. We created a functional identity system, building on the logo designed by Miles Newlyn and designed a colour palette that reflects their empowering, inclusive attitude. The typographic approach highlights the simplicity of their product by using the typeface Gellix, with its ability to be friendly, but also bold and clear.

We also created an art direction approach the Moneybase team could execute themselves with ease and designed a simple website to house the brand and communicate their vision with the world.
